The current influx of, ah, individuals- while not necessarily unusual, is still considered a deviation from status quo, yes? 

[ Muttering about time and the coinciding of the start of the month with this sudden influx-- there is a pause as he considers whether he really wants to make this a public announcement or if he wants to wander The City by himself.

Why not make use of the hundreds of eyes at his disposal? ]

I assume that everyone has their hands full, so I will make this brief. If anyone happens to spy a chubby grey tabby with yellow eyes, or an all white cat with green eyes, would you please contact me?

I'm sure they're lost without me, [ she agrees cheerfully and then her voice dips down to a whisper, like this is very confidential, ] Between you and me, they always are.

But! We can't let that keep us from making the best of a situation, right?

[ She goes quiet but after a few minutes the video clicks on. The camera wobbles a bit but otherwise, a piece of paper fills the screen. ]

You know, you are entirely right. The situation may not be ideal, but there is no reason for me to make it worse by feeling bad about it.

No- no that is actually a very accurate depiction. It is as if you channeled their spirits when they hear the treat bag rattle.

Oh, good. I hope that helps get the word out. It's easy enough to feel overwhelmed in this place when you're a person. I'd hate to try it as a cat.
